Who you are agreeing with

Encourage Us is a service operated by Nuclearsiloman LLC. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Nuclearsiloman LLC.

The service

Encourage Us lets a purchaser set up short encouragement messages, delivered by SMS to a recipient of their choosing. Messages begin only after the recipient consents by replying YES to a single invitation text. Recipients may stop messages at any time by replying STOP, independent of the purchaser.

Your responsibilities

By providing a recipient's phone number, you confirm you know them personally and believe they would welcome the invitation. You may not use the service to harass, market to, or contact strangers. We send exactly one invitation per phone number; if the recipient does not opt in, no further messages are sent and we will offer you a correction or refund.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase. If your student never accepts the invitation, we refund you in full on request, because nothing was delivered. If they opt out within 30 days of accepting, we refund you in full on request. After that you can cancel at any time, and messages continue through the end of the term you have already paid for. To move a subscription to a different student, contact us and we will set it up. Some partners who refer families to us are paid a fixed amount when the student accepts; that does not change what you pay.

Our messages are encouragement, not advice. They are no substitute for medical, mental health, or professional care. If someone you love is in crisis, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

Service changes and liability

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. The service is provided as-is; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
